During this course you will not only develop the skills you need to be an amazing instructor, but also learn to optimize the growth and development of your students. By the end of this program you will have established the means to lead any group of students through their martial arts training and will have gained the confidence to impact their futures in a positive, life altering manner.

LEVEL ONE
Level One focuses primarily on instructor mindset, student connection and communication. Think of this as your FOUNDATION. The stronger your ability to connect and communicate with students, the bigger the impact you are able to make in their martial arts and in their lives. This begins by first training yourself to have the correct mindset and learning how to share that with others.

LEVEL TWO
Level Two focuses on the right way to correct and redirect your students, as well as helps you understand the best ways to break down and teach drills and skills to provide the most IMPACT to your students. The more you are able to adapt your teaching style to best fit each individual student’s needs, the bigger the impact you will make — thus helping them achieve success in all they do.

LEVEL THREE
Level Three focuses on the ‘meat and potatoes’ of the class. We will take everything you've learned so far and apply it to the BIG PICTURE. From how to structure a class to class safety, we will teach you best practices to maximize your instructor team and optimize your students' success. Once you have completed Level Three, we are confident that you won't just be a good instructor, but a great one.
